Not a substitute for medical care
Nutritional therapy complements, and does not replace, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please keep your GP informed, seek medical help for any symptom that concerns you, and never stop or change prescribed medication without medical guidance. I will tell you if something needs medical attention rather than nutritional support.

Discovery calls and bookings
The discovery call is free, lasts about 20 minutes and carries no obligation. A consultation is booked once we have agreed a time [and the fee or deposit has been paid].
Before your first consultation I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and to agree to how your health information is used, as explained in the privacy policy. Please share your medical history, medication and supplements fully and accurately, so that recommendations are safe for you.
Fees and payment
Current fees are shown on the Services page. [State when payment is due, accepted payment methods, and whether packages are paid in advance or in instalments.] Supplements and functional tests, where recommended, are charged separately at cost and are optional.
Cancelling or moving an appointment
You can move or cancel an appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before it. [State the charge for later cancellations or missed appointments, if any.] If I need to cancel, I will offer another time or a full refund for that session.
